"Very happy with our stay. The host responded quickly by WhatsApp when I missed the email about how to enter the building. The place is very clean, close to the Vaporetto (don't even need to go up stairs and over bridges to get to the building), a very convenient location. Also has a kitchen with supplies that I wasn't expecting. I would definitely stay again if I get the opportunity to visit Venice again!"

"This is an apartment in a 500 year old building. On the canal, large space with extra TV room. Nicely furnished small bathroom but nice. Very nice staff, and we were on the 4th top floor and there are no elevators. 54 stairs. Excellent buffet breakfast for 15 euros. Good Italian Venice experience."

"We had a good stay in Venice. It wasn't far from La Accademia stop via the vaporetto which is ideal as it isn't fun or easy carting luggage around. The locanda is a small charming inn and the owner was friendly and hospitable. We got into town late and he was very flexible in accomodating us. "The host Guerrino was absolutely amazing! Our flight was delayed and he was in constant contact with us making sure we arrived safely. We were driving from MXP to Cavarzere and didn’t arrive until 1:30am. The apartment had absolutely everything we needed and was close to our family in Rovigo. I would definitely pick The Roses house to come back on our next trip to the Venezia area and recommend it to all looking for a central location near the beach and all the amazing attractions nearby."

"The property is in a rural setting amongst farm fields but is well screened by trees. The rooms are large with comfortable furniture and beds. There was a choice of pillows which will suit most people. Outside it was good to have both the pool area and a more private area at the rear. The property is close to local amenities but having a car is essential. Overall this is an excellent property."
