Frequency of vaporetto is great Peace and quiet ofdorsudoro. Great restaurants and grocery stores and a lot of canal and other sites for an early morning stroll. . Great beds and clean linen with spacious bath even if it is only one bath. "

"The host Guerrino was absolutely amazing! Our flight was delayed and he was in constant contact with us making sure we arrived safely. We were driving from MXP to Cavarzere and didn’t arrive until 1:30am. The apartment had absolutely everything we needed and was close to our family in Rovigo. I would definitely pick The Roses house to come back on our next trip to the Venezia area and recommend it to all looking for a central location near the beach and all the amazing attractions nearby."

"A great location just a few yards from Accademia. The room, on the first floor of a multi -floor residence, is clean and quiet & the facilities adequate. There’s a pretty common room on the next floor with a refrigerator. There are other guest rooms on the top floors. Pros: for Venice, a good price. Cons: it was unseasonably warm in Venice so the room was stuffy, but when we opened the window, we were bothered by mosquitoes."

"In my opinion, without question, the best place to stay in Venice. Accommodations that were even better than the beautiful pictures and description. A sense of pride by the owners in every way. The ideal location, on a square with gondola/canal views on 2 sides as well as a church, students studying, Venetians having lunch. Didn’t have to leave our VRVO to experience the life of the Venetians. A+ Rating!"

"We had a couple of small issues when we first arrived at the apartment, however they were quickly addressed. Great location with some excellent eateries away from the tourist traps. A locals area which I found gave a better feel for Venice life. The apartment was well equipped and relatively easy to find with Google maps. You do have to navigate a few bridges to get to the accomodation, but that is the same with most of Venice. The owners provide plenty of information to make your trip to Venice...

"My adult children and I had a perfect stay in this beautiful apartment. I only wish we had stayed longer. We were welcomed by Giorgio and given a tour of his family home. It is pretty in the photos and more beautiful in person. Two kitchens! Balconies and very nice bathrooms. Comfortable beds! Loved the location away from the crowds but easy to get anywhere. "

"We really liked our stay here. Adults, my teen, and my 7 yr old all enjoyed it. There are restaurants a short walk away. Also very easy walk to the local supermarket. We got water-bus tickets for our stay in Venice and used it to get to and from the core part of Venice - the bus stop is very close to this rental house. The starfish motif is very cute and well done. Checkin was easy. We arrived via the train station, then took the water bus to the house. Host was very nice, explained...

"The property is in a rural setting amongst farm fields but is well screened by trees. The rooms are large with comfortable furniture and beds. There was a choice of pillows which will suit most people. Outside it was good to have both the pool area and a more private area at the rear. The property is close to local amenities but having a car is essential. Overall this is an excellent property."
