"A beautiful Hotel in a magic city. The room was amazing, and the Hilton breakfast as always above and beyond any other. But what really made the difference was the Staff and their excellent service. From the warm welcome received upon arrival from Lucrezia to the attentive assistance received from the Concierge Team and Toros from Security. They were very supportive and helpful, as my wife had a foot injury during a museum visit, and made what seemed to be a ruined holiday, a very memorable one. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back. "

"The staff is very welcoming and provided everything needed. The island is lovely. Once they heated the rooftop pool it was good. The food is delicious, many breakfast choices try the pimodoro upstairs or the ravioli in room . There is a water taxi charge if using other hours than shuttle times but easy to arrange or wait for free shuttle times. Highly recommend for the James Bond Italy feel of arrival a water taxi. Enjoyed how kind and friendly everyone on the island is to guests. "

"I so wish we could have stayed for more than 1 night. We arrived early and we're able to leave our luggage on site while we enjoyed the area before checking in. Upon check in, we were escorted to our palatial-sized room and were given information about breakfast in the morning, which we, unfortunately, had to miss due to an early train we needed to catch. The windows opened right up to the canal and a footbridge. They had shutters, which we were able to close at bedtime, which were very effective at blocking out both sound and light. Most importantly, this was the most comfortable bed we slept in during our 3 week trip to Greece and Italy! "
