"The Hotel is situated in the Centre of Worcester, with generous car parking facilities. On arrival, the check-in was easy and rapid, the receptionist was so helpful and friendly. The room was on the third floor and was spacious, clean and the en-suite was clean and with no issues. The Breakfast was quite simply the best hotel breakfast we have ever eaten! Overall the staff were so helpful and friendly, and we will certainly be staying there again in the future. 10/10."

"The hotel was lovely and of a good standard for what we paid and situated in the perfect location. Staff were welcoming and helpful. We had a quiet rear room, which was quite small. However, it was sufficient for two nights stay. It offered some nice touches, such as cocktail glasses and a good selection of condements. There was no bar onsite however, they did have a 24 hour pantry which offered a small selection of snacks, drinks etc. The hotel is dog friendly, they do charge per night for...

"I read reviews beforehand that said hotel was tired/dated. More rustic charm. Room and bathroom were really spacious and spotless. The staff were attentive and friendly. Food was lovely especially the venison burger and chilli beef. Perfect location if visiting Oldfield Forge. We were pleasantly surprised and will definitely visit again. "
