"This property ruined our vacation! We are a family of 12 with infants, small children and adults. Upon our arrival, the instructions provided to enter the property and close the property were not clear, I had to call the host to ask additional questions. When we entered, we discovered all 5 bathrooms had no electricity and the exterior lights, front and back, did not work. We called the host many times. Nothing we were interested in was more than 20 min away WITH traffic. Disney, Universal, Millenia Mall, Sand Lake dining, Top Golf, Kia Center and the list goes on.
