I had to show him my records before he finally decided i had paid...it felt like a scam, he did apologize but it still felt like a deliberate act. Additionally while in the room, staff members would periodically enter the room and take pictures, i founf this to be disturbing. "

The room for me was wayyy too small with not even enough space to open my suitcase in it, but the staff was very helpful and understanding of why I ended up staying somewhere else.
