"Loved getting vouchers for beach to pick up chairs and umbrella. Did not like episode of water shutting off for several hours and then brown water coming out for a few minutes."

"It was excellent, room did had minor damage when receiving the room, like the bathroom door would not lock, and the toilet holder was broken and fell, making the people downstairs complain about noise coming from our room, but other than that all good, would’ve loved for the pool to close a little later than 9, loved the treatment that William gave us on our stay in the breakfast restaurant, both times I have stayed here, he has given us an amazing service definitely 100/10"
