"Mardi Gras Parades- perfect place to stay for the parades. Walk up a block and they're right there. Walk a block-ish past the hotel and Bourbon Street. Perfect location. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Valet parking made everything easy. Wasnt alot of noise. Lots of police presence outside."

"From the property manager to the staff and the guests everyone was GREAT. One of the ladies felt that the towels could be whiter. We noted that they did not straighten the sheets daily. Towels were replaced daily. Not many things were complimentary. Wonderful location to shopping entertainment and transportation."

"We had a great stay! nothing really beats staying right on St.Charles for mardi gras! all staff that i encountered were very friendly and helpful! I felt very safe in this location and hope to stay again soon. I did also want to mention that there are a lot of negative reviews for this hotel, due to its age, growing up not far from here I can say this is how most older hotels in the area are, it’s New Orleans people! stay at holiday inn if you want just a normal boring experience! We were regularly asked how things were, and felt very welcome during a crazy busy weekend! "
