"To the owners of this hotel.... Receptionist was extremely rude, not helpful and pushy. Hot water didn't work properly, had to get a room change to use wi-fi and breakfast was less than satisfactory. The only positive was the bag-man who was quick and helped out as much as possible. "

"Phuket Panwa is a great hotel in a quiet and scenic location. A stretch to call it 5-stars, but it would certainly make a great 4-star hotel. The rooms were dated, but very comfortable. When you have sea facing rooms, just know there's high & low tides. When it's high tide, the view is scenic and serene, takes your mind away from reality. The breakfast buffet has a great selection of your usual international and local fares. The small private beach could certainly do with some garbage pick ups,...

"Everything was great except the shuttle driver, he was so rude and showed inappropriate behavior, I was about to shout at him the way he treated and my wife. We were walking to the shuttle stop he horned at us, rudely gave a gesture to get on the car and abused us in local language. Ruined our whole wonderful stay at hotel "

"Highly recommended to treat yourself to a beautiful, relaxing, quiet stay. The property is every bit as beautiful as the photos look. Our villa had a sunset view of the Big Buddha across the bay. "Nice Hotel . Good for families with young children . Nice pool . Breakfast was ok at first but every day something disappeared so at the end it was bread eggs and sausages ... The beach was not so nice and the food at the beach was terrible even though it was so expensive . If you have a big family then the best to walk out from the Hotel and hire somebody with a minibus to drive you around ; it can be cheaper than renting a car or a van ."
