"Phuket Panwa is a great hotel in a quiet and scenic location. A stretch to call it 5-stars, but it would certainly make a great 4-star hotel. The rooms were dated, but very comfortable. When you have sea facing rooms, just know there's high & low tides. When it's high tide, the view is scenic and serene, takes your mind away from reality. "Stay was incredible! The beach is less trafficked than many others in Phuket and good for swimming. Staff was incredibly attentive and friendly. They helped us set up numerous activities. Our room was clean, comfortable and near the beach. Will stay at the Cove again!"

"Overall this hotel was good. The staff were good especially the pool and beach people, they were amazing. The breakfast was also incredible. The main thing that let it down was the overall condition of everything. It’s just very tired in places and in much need of an update. There were bits falling off the bar roof by the pool and lots of things were broken. In our room hardly any of the light switches worked and we didn’t even want to go near the outside tub, it was just a bit grim."
