"The thermostat did not work, making the room too hot to sleep despite opening the windows.Several attempts to contact the hotel went unanswered.Left after one night of two night stay as I was feeling ill due to lack of sleep.Getting to room was an obstacle course due to mattresses in hallway from renovations.Hallways were filthy due to renovations.The room itself was fairly clean though. Can not recommend due to lack of management feedback or concern."

"This was our first stop on our Canada holiday adventure. My only regret was not booking more days here! The pictures are amazing, but it was even more beautiful than the pictures! From the attention to details, decor, homemade cookies and quiet comfortable rooms, we could not have asked for more. Location was amazing, close to everything but still made you feel like you were in your own mountain retreat! It truly was magical. I highly recommend."

"Situated away from the main road leading into Canmore, we really enjoyed our spacious room amenities, and the quiet area we stayed. The two hot tubs and heated pool were used by a lot of people in the evening, and still looked clean. Staff was super friendly. Definitely will be back for a future stay. "
