"Lamphouse is all about location. You really can’t get closer to downtown Canmore where all the coffee shops, restaurants and stores are. There’s parking within the facility so there is no stressing about finding a spot to park. Place is clean and quiet, nice mountain views from the hot tub. Front desk area could / should be nicer since its customer’s first impression of the place. It was looking quite rough and did not reflect the accommodation. Staff is very nice, friendly and helpful. "

I will only comment on the breakfast area for which there seemed to be very limited seats & some guests aren’t that considerate that even though they are done and just chatting over coffee, they prefer to hang out despite seeing other guests standing & waiting for tables.
