"Great property. Downfalls are the noise from the highway and noise from rooms above. Don't cheap out and get a hotel style room(they don't have microwaves, laundry, or kitchenware), book a suite for the added convenience of a full kitchen, in-suite laundry, and more square footage. We wish we had booked the suite."

"Its a great place to stay for overnight in Canmore, and its really close to Banff as well. Our room was in a corner, but could hear noises from other rooms at night, dragging chairs/tables, baby crying, i guess the walls arent as soundproofed properly but it wasnt a major thing, cant help but notice it. The breakfast hall was great, neat and well organized. "

"The thermostat did not work, making the room too hot to sleep despite opening the windows.Several attempts to contact the hotel went unanswered.Left after one night of two night stay as I was feeling ill due to lack of sleep.Getting to room was an obstacle course due to mattresses in hallway from renovations.Hallways were filthy due to renovations.The room itself was fairly clean though. Can not recommend due to lack of management feedback or concern."

"Tariff were different for Friday and Thursday especially when we lived there on Thursday night in the same hotel.Likes - close to highway and town centre.Clean and maintained.Ample of parking spots and hot tub pool."

"We really enjoyed the private bathrooms in the rooms as well as the underground parking. The staff was very accommodating and the pool and hot tub was nice a decent size. A warming fireplace instead of background lights would of been nicerfor the cold days. The underground parking to the suite itself can be confusing at first so make sure you sort out which area to park in as there are multiple complexes that are joined in the underground parking. "

"Our stay was great, we were there one night the room was almost like a small house, it felt very spacious and almost like home, the hot tube and pool was just great to be able to use. My wife and i would definitely recommend for a nice little get away."
