The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. They always answer with a smile. Can’t say enough good things about this hotel. "

The hotel’s intimate, elegant design provided the perfect blend of comfort and charm. The location couldn’t be better – just a short, easy walk to all the historical sites we wanted to explore. The views from the 5th floor were breathtaking - views of Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque and Marmar sea. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the staff. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home. From morning to night, they were kind, friendly, and genuinely welcoming, helping with arrangements of tours, transportation etc, they treating us as if we were family. Everyone was amazing, but I would like especially mention Husain and Jasmine. If you’re looking for a place that feels both luxurious and inviting, with amazing location and service, this hotel is an absolute gem. We can’t wait to return!"
