"There were ants on my bed. The staff changed the bed sheets, but there were still ants. The room was really dirty. Someone had smoked and left ashes on the side of the window. The building is very badly maintained. There was mold everywhere. I put my suitcase against the wall and it became white. The window didnt have a safety bolt. When i asked for a refund they refused. Overall i wouldn't recommend to anyone to stay there."

"Great hotel. Very quiet and peaceful. The room looked out onto the lake which was beautiful at sunset. Room was big and clean with a huge bathroom. The room also had a connecting living rooms and kitchen area. Tasty breakfast which we could look out over the lake as well. Would stay again."

"Really beautiful setting with great decor and gardens. Pleasant staff. Unfortunately this was all offset by the room - it was awful. Bedegul is a very rainy place and this was evident by the musty smell of damp in the room. And the bedclothes reeked - I dreaded lying in them. With a bit of effort in this department the hotel has the potential to be really good."
