Unfortunately the room never felt clean, they gave you one roll of toilet paper at a time and there were a variety of living creatures in my room from mice to lizards, ants and I believe the mattress had either fleas or bed bugs. "The hotel location is not easily visible from the street and one has to look out for the signage. It provides complimentary shuttle to and from Ubud Centre. It also runs the adjacent Japanese restaurant which serves breakfast to hotel guests in the morning. Food from the restaurant is good. "This was a great find for us. It's quiet and it of the way. Peaceful and set in rice paddy fields whilst only 10 minute walk to the Indo/StarMart or Babi Guling. Our 3 room villa had a private pool, small kitchen and dining area. TV facilities weren't connected until we asked. Restaurant area is nice and affordable. Decent variety. Pool area is great for adults and family and bring open a a local water park you get to mingle with locals in the afternoon. The staff were incredible!!! Local...

"The room was very small and suffocated with not adequate airflow. The actual property did not look like the picture at all. This is a false advertising and it is a shame that hotels.com allow this. Very outdated place. The room smelled unfresh and was not cool even with aircon. The price in hotels.com was actually way higher and no refund."
