"A really beautiful stay in nature, on the lake and surrounded by the mountains— every morning we wake up to breathtaking natural sights! We opted for glamping so it was a new experience. Unfortunately the stay wasnt as peaceful as we hoped— the establishment is unfortunately in between two campsites with campers who made a lot of noise singing karaoke till late in the night (past 11pm) and blasted loud music early morning (when we woke up 7plus am for breakfast). "We were completely shocked at the state of the room. We requested the best they had, yet there were dead bugs on the sheets, a blood stain on the bed! And toothbrush residue splattered all over the bathroom mirror. We took pictures and I let the staff (a woman who remained on her phone during the entire conversation) know. I showed her the issues and she simply nodded and nothing else. We quickly left and ran next door to the Rusa hotel and stayed there. I don't understand how Expedia partnered with this location. Completely unacceptable and disgusting. Please do better. The location was stunning, which is why we chose it. But wow."

"My husband and I loved it! The bungalows are beautiful and clean. The staff are generous and kind. The food is delicious and can be made to your specifications. The owner is friendly and enjoys giving tours and showing Bali to customers! We are grateful we had the opportunity to stay here. We highly recommend staying here; you will love it! I hope we get to come back to this place one day. We made memories here that will last a lifetime! "

"Staff was trying their best, but seemed uneducated in hospitality. Barging into my villa without even knocking is never appropriate. The whole place seems to be under renovation and should be closed. Breakfast was ok, but the staff didn't understand to keep the items hot, just left the lids open. Dinner was a very limited emergency selection in a 2 hour window. I checked out a day early and moved on... "
