"My family recently had the pleasure of staying at Padma Hotel Ubud, and it was absolutely wonderful! We felt pampered throughout our stay, especially with the phenomenal spa and kids' club that catered to all our needs. Our room was impeccable, offering the perfect blend of comfort and luxury. One of the highlights for my daughter was the amazing towel creations crafted by Oman. She was always excited to see what new creation awaited us each day! I must also commend the fantastic team at the lounge. Widali, Sapitri, Neisani, and Elta went above and beyond to ensure every guest felt special. Their friendly demeanor and attentive service made dining a delightful experience, and they were always ready with great recommendations and warm smiles. "We stayed at The Westin Resort Ubud over the Easter long weekend in April 2025 for four nights and had an exceptional experience. This was our first time in Ubud and a return to Bali after 10 years, and we couldn’t have picked a better place. We spent most of our time at the resort and loved every moment. The yoga and fitness sessions with Heri each morning were a great way to start the day. We had deeply relaxing massages at the Heavenly Spa, and the floating breakfast in our pool villa was a highlight. Breakfast overall was amazing—great variety and quality—and the restaurant staff, especially Suchi, were incredibly warm and accommodating. I also attended the barista course, which they kindly customised to focus on latte art for me. A wonderful touch. The front office team were always courteous and helpful. We’re leaving feeling totally recharged and already planning to come back. Highly recommend!"
