If i had to complain about something would be that some newer mattresses in the main house would be ideal. I might just be getting old though lol. The house itself is nice and clean, with two main bedrooms and a third living room or sun room in the front of the house without a closet that has been transformed into a third larger bedroom with 2 queen beds.There are no bunk beds in the house, in spite of a picture of bunk beds on the listing. "While I was there, water heater went out and door lock was very uncooperative. The host was responsive and got both replaced. The only other issue was that I stayed while temperatures outside reached over 100 degrees. Even with circulation fans, the A/C wasn't enough. Needs insulation. "

"What a charming mountain cabin packed full of amenities! There wasn't any snow in late December when we visited, but just a short 25-minute drive up the mountain got us plenty to play in. This place sleeps a ton of people for not a whole lot of space, and comes with a decently-outfitted kitchen for cooking adventures. Would definitely visit again!"

"We really enjoyed our stay. Property was gorgeous. Cabin was beautiful. Owners really made it special with a beautiful Christmas tree for Christmas. And lights on the deck. They really put alot of thought into their property. My kids went fishing everyday. It was so peaceful and relaxing. We will definitely be back. "

"We had such a great time during our stay at this property! Our group consisted of three families coming together with kids of multiple ages. Everyone slept comfortably and there were plenty of beds for all! The kids enjoyed running around the grounds. They loved looking at the horses in the morning, playing on the zip line and taking dips in the hot tub in the evenings! This place is perfectly located within the town of Kernville.
