Good location next to Euston station. Layout is very confusing with 2 levels per floor, multiple lifts and staircases. The hotel is like a maze. Our air con didn’t work and with the window open was very noisy from water dripping loudly.
Overall very disappointed for a £250 one night stay.
I have been scammed!!! Payed for the big superior room for 3 persons which is a double pricing and they ended up giving me a standard small room with a small bed that would not even fit 1 person. Although the superior room shown on the website was big with 1 extra sofa bed and a king size bed.
We were unable to stay in the property on our 1st night due to a storm in Wales, our train being cancelled and the Prince of Wales Bridge closure there we were not even able to drive to attend our first night stay.
The property did not help to accommodate us in staying an extra night at the end of our stay having lost 1 night of our 3 night booking. The staff were not helpful at all. This issue was fully out of our control and the staff / hotel policy should recognise this and could have approached the issue with a much more human approach! Very disappointing and we will definitely not be recommending this hotel to anybody and nor will we stay here again.
We were not offered a refund nor anything of the sort.

The building is being refurbished. Rooms are hard to find. Staff were friendly and helpful. Area around the hotel is construction site, so quite noisy.

Been staying there almost 20 years and I love that they improve things as they look tired
Stayed here multiple times and have never had an issue. The rooms are very modern and up-to-date, and not tiny like some other hotels nearby (that are a comparable price).
Definitely would recommend, and will be staying here again.
Overpriced, noisy, rundown hotel that I wouldn’t put my dog in. Rooms don’t look like the images, bar shuts at 9.30 and walls have the thickness of a copy of the Guardian and possibly the same material composition.
Excellent stay here apart from poor Wi-Fi- otherwise delighted

Liked: Cleanliness
Clean and efficient, but incredibly noisy at night on the street/out in the corridor/with the rumble of trains. Also, it is specified through Expedia that there is parking available and at £15 per day. Yet, when I asked at reception upon arrival, they seemed to have no idea what I was talking about. Very frustrated as we booked this hotel under the guise that parking WAS available, as detailed online.

The location was very convenient with train station just a short walk. The staff were all helpful and I loved their gym (was the best part for me...along with the convenient location). The room was plenty comfortable also.

The person who made up my room was excellent and it was spotless.
Th proximity to Euston Station made it a convenient spot.
There was noise ( sounded like construction) in the room above or next to me throughout one of the nights, making it impossible to sleep. I did ask staff to intervene - he checked and said no construction, but it sounded like hammering and slamming, tapping and footsteps. He said he would check the rooms around me, and I believe he did, but if it was not construction and just noise from a neighbor moving in and unpacking ( for hours!) the soundproofing is inadequate and I would not stay there again. Also, my window was treated with a covering so that there was no daylight - making the room feel more like a cell.
The staff was friendly and informative.
The hotel was tired, and needed complete refurbishing . It was neglected and unloved. The gym had no mats, water or hand towels - it was dark and gloomy. Staff seemed mainly bored and did not say good morning to passing guests. Bar and dining wasn’t open and I was told it’s closed at weekends. I was advised not to eat breakfast here due to limited vegetarian options. This was a far cry from a four start hotel and the ongoing construction around Euston made the whole area quite rough- at this time a hotel should be going out it’s way to show value for money but at nearly 200 pounds a night, this was rather poor.
Hotel is nice and clean. Room was a good size with ports for charging electronic devices so no need for an adapter. Conveniently close to Easton Railway station and other London metro stops. We choose this hotel because we flew into London for one day before taking the train to Manchester. I feel it was a good value and we were happy with it especially for one or two nights.
It is extremely overpriced for the room you pay for. I think The Generator (hostel) is a better choice for cleanliness and better sheets. I definitely won’t be going back to this hotel.

The hotel is in an excellent location, a couple of minutes walk from Euston station, albeit in the middle of a building site at the moment.
Positives - nice front desk staff, clean room, a Gideons’ bible in the room
Negatives - smallest and lowest sink I have ever seen, bright lights from the alleyway behind. Biggest gripe was receiving emails on a daily basis telling me I had to pre-check in via the hotel app, having to submit passport information, only to find I still had to check in at reception and they did not need the passport information. The shower had a button missing, so you had to manoeuvre a sharp screw to get the shower to turn on. The Gideons’ bible had all the pages torn out from Ecclesiastes ch 9 to Isaiah ch 21 - very strange
Many areas of the property are outdated and need some work, stained duvet on arrival, mouldy shower - cleanliness definitely needs some work! Not 4 star standard
