"Everything was perfect! The 3course breakfast is delicious, fresh afternoon baked goods a treat! Mark and Tracy great hosts, bed very comfortable. A plus we didn’t realize was can walk to a little pizza/sub store and 2 great restaurants. Can easily spend a relaxing day at the beach across street or just sitting in the porch chairs or lawn chairs. And love the small walkable Lincolnville beach area."

"Beautiful and very cozy stay close to everything you’d want to do, hike, explore, enjoy. Whirlpool jets in the tub was great after a long hike and we loved stargazing on the terrace. "

"Newly renovated rooms. Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable (firm but not to hard). Heated pool, stunning views!! For an unobstructed view (no balcony rails) stay on the bottom floor.. only if you don't mind hearing a few footsteps up above..Fabulous property! Was also the grounds were decorated for Halloween.."
