"This was our second time staying at 16 Bay View. Our first time was awesome. This time the room was beautiful and clean. The front desk staff and restaurant/bar area and staff were wonderful. Food and drinks were great. The issue we had was with house keeping. We checked in on a Tuesday evening and checked out on Friday morning. "The staff was super friendly and I did get an upgraded room with a beautiful view of Rockland Harbor but the reading lights and outlets did not work truly not an issue since I was only there one night. The staff did an excellent T job even though they were short staffed. Will stay there again when the renovations are completed."
