"Waited another 30 minutes when we arrived to get our room ready. They called me to let me know that if I do t make it by 3:30 that they will give my room away. I was already heading there. This place is great but service sucks."

"Hotel room was clean but the mattress was not super comfortable. The bathroom in our hotel had a bit of wear and tear. Overall it was a good stay for our overnight trip"

"I have stayed here on multiple occasions when I travel from Northern to Southern California. The rooms are well furnished, maintained and always clean. This is my go to place to break up the long dive to rest when I make my long trips from Northern to Southern California."

"I arrived late at night, the receptionist for friendly and alert, found reservations with no problem. Room was ready and clean. Facilities were clean and uncluttered. Was concerned with homeless camp down the street from entry but there was no problem or intrusion."

"Stayed here 3 times. Each time is just as magical. The hot tub at night is a must"

"The upstairs room was really a lot of fun. The kids really enjoyed the air hockey game and the foose ball. Really liked the feature on the fire place that heated the room. It was a warm and cozy cabin. Loved the location and the best was that it snowed. So beautiful."
