"When I entered my room it smelled of cat urine. I called the front desk and informed them and immediately was told she would change my room. As I went out to walk back up front, the female employee was on her way with a new room key on hand and made sure the new room was fine. She was super kind and I appreciated her willingness to help. "

"Stopped in transit ,only 12 hours here. Place was clean, nice appearance and quiet. Only drawback was the $50.00 pet fee. Never paid more than $25.00 before. Made a decent priced stop on the expensive side. Guess you have to call the hotel direcctly and ask."
