"The property was fine and clean. Liliana and Marco were helpful but they told us there were no taxis and it was a hassle to get the luggage up to the top and luggages got very wet. Thanks to a Good Samaritan that helped us, we were able to get to the top and they took us to the place. We found out later that there were taxis in the area. The washing machine didn’t work and they didn’t have instructions on how to operate it. So we couldn’t was clothes. Also the property needs more trash cans and...

"We booked a double room & private bathroom, toiletries, laundry , air conditioning & coffee making facilities. We had to share a bathroom with 2 other apartments , a sofa bed vs a double bed & there were no toiletries & actually no toilet roll, a fan & no air conditioning & no laundry facilities .we also had an issue checking in , initially they had no record of our booking & told us it had been through Expedia ?? We tried to escalate to Hotels.com but they don’t read the emails properly ! "

"We stayed in the apartment for 2 nights during a train trip through Europe and the apartment was everything we could have wanted. Brilliant location 5 mins walk from station on vibrant town centre street. Secure door entry, extremely clean and comfortable, bedroom at back of property so no street noise. Very comfortable bed. Fantastic little balcony for enjoying a glass of wine or getting the laundry dry! We would love to return and stay for longer!"

"Very large apartment with everything you'll need, including a washer. Everything was clean, and check-in was efficient and easy. Kitchen is well stocked. It didn't matter to us, but there is no microwave. With the Milano Centrale just a few minutes' walk, the location is perfect. There is naturally train noise, but unless you have the windows wide open, it's not bad. Make sure you try eating in Mercato Centrale inside the station. gchoices."

"The location is excellent, right by the metro station. Penny market and Pam store is also very close. The apartment is good, but has a few issues to mention. When we arrived, the window was open and the bed was covered with dead midges. We were able to sweep them off, so we didn’t make a fuss about it. The apartment is described as having a separate bedroom and a balcony - none of that is true. It is a studio style apartment, one of 4 that were created by converting one large apartment into 4....

"It was a not memorable experience, the flat was not very good cleaned, with some humidity flyes, floors not washed and a bit mould marks in the shower. It was not washing machine as was offered, some towels services and toilet rools, but not any other supplies, so not possible to brush or clean the toilet properly. The kitchen with a very minimum staff, but electrodomestics good. The neighbourhood area not very nice, people around drinking and a lot of rubbish in the streets. It was excellent...

"Stayed with my husband and two children (young adults) The apartment had no air conditioning, only two fans that barely worked during the hottest season of the year, never mentioned that it did not have a lift & was on third floor, with many steps. Also, our first night the heater in the shower wasn't working as they didn't turn it on before arrival, freezing cold water and didn't get a response on water situation till next day.
