"The service was terrible: no hot water, not sufficient sheets for the number of beds…construction workers showing up at 8:00 am to work in the unit…of course, because there were broken things in the washroom and even holes in the walls…and the check-in process was a nightmare ( multiple calls and messages without response…). When we booked this place we assumed it was a hotel, it is not. We have been staying in hotels in several italian cities and this place was the worst by far."

"A really nice place to stay. 5 minute walk to Borgo Palazzo tram and bus stops, 10 minute walk to Bergamo Station, 5 minute walk to Il Gigante supermarket, ideal location in Bergamo! Apartment was clean and modern with a kitchenette to prepare meals, great air conditioning, and a nice balcony. Did not have time to make use of the swimming pool and bar/restaurant features in the building but from what I could gather these all seemed fine. Would definitely stay here again."

"The location couldn't have been better; our favorite bar/cafe was just outside the apartment and you're right there at the Duomo as well. The apartment is on the 3rd floor I believe so be prepared for about 90 steps if you're lugging heavy baggage; otherwise it was well worth it!"

"The property was fine and clean. Liliana and Marco were helpful but they told us there were no taxis and it was a hassle to get the luggage up to the top and luggages got very wet. Thanks to a Good Samaritan that helped us, we were able to get to the top and they took us to the place. We found out later that there were taxis in the area. We had to share a bathroom with 2 other apartments , a sofa bed vs a double bed & there were no toiletries & actually no toilet roll, a fan & no air conditioning & no laundry facilities .we also had an issue checking in , initially they had no record of our booking & told us it had been through Expedia ?? "Lots of information sent in advance about the building and all it and the area around it offers which was nice .Very close to Milano Central and area at Milano Central where the airport buses pick up . We were greeted and given instructions on using the key fob to enter and exit . We were shown to our room which included some welcome snacks and water and even toothbrushes and toothpaste! The room was much larger than I expected and very nice .Pleasant experience- would definitely stay here...
