"I stay at Residence Le Querce quite often. The rooms are spacious and clean. I love that I am able to prepare food for myself (the grocery store next door is very convenient for this). And the staff are always friendly."

"A really nice place to stay. 5 minute walk to Borgo Palazzo tram and bus stops, 10 minute walk to Bergamo Station, 5 minute walk to Il Gigante supermarket, ideal location in Bergamo! Apartment was clean and modern with a kitchenette to prepare meals, great air conditioning, and a nice balcony. Did not have time to make use of the swimming pool and bar/restaurant features in the building but from what I could gather these all seemed fine. Would definitely stay here again."

"The location couldn't have been better; our favorite bar/cafe was just outside the apartment and you're right there at the Duomo as well. The apartment is on the 3rd floor I believe so be prepared for about 90 steps if you're lugging heavy baggage; otherwise it was well worth it!"

"Great location in the heart of como. Downside is there was only one set of keys which made it difficult to coordinate getting in and out. The master bed is large but very uncomfortable (wouldn’t be a factor for short term stays). "

"Stay here. Book it IMMEDIATELY. Worth every penny. It is a beautiful flat and could not ask for a better location. We had no issue dropping our luggage and then parking somewhere else. Don’t let that scare you away. If you’re a light sleeper and go to bed early or sleep late, know that a ferry is directly outside the flat and does use it’s horn upon arrival and departure."

We had to share a bathroom with 2 other apartments , a sofa bed vs a double bed & there were no toiletries & actually no toilet roll, a fan & no air conditioning & no laundry facilities .we also had an issue checking in , initially they had no record of our booking & told us it had been through Expedia ?? We tried to escalate to Hotels.com but they don’t read the emails properly ! "

It was not washing machine as was offered, some towels services and toilet rools, but not any other supplies, so not possible to brush or clean the toilet properly. "We booked a last minute stay at this hotel for New Years Eve. We booked two rooms, and both were upgraded to have a lake view, and the hotel was kind enough to give us connecting rooms since we were there with our two tween sons. The hotel was in a PERFECT - PERFECT location!! The rooms were comfortable and had balconies. We would have had a perfect spot to watch all of the NYE fireworks, if not for the fact that our sons wanted to be on the lakefront. :) I absolutely recommend this hotel for a stay in Como!!!"
