We had to share a bathroom with 2 other apartments , a sofa bed vs a double bed & there were no toiletries & actually no toilet roll, a fan & no air conditioning & no laundry facilities .we also had an issue checking in , initially they had no record of our booking & told us it had been through Expedia ?? We tried to escalate to Hotels.com but they don’t read the emails properly ! "

"We stayed in the apartment for 2 nights during a train trip through Europe and the apartment was everything we could have wanted. Brilliant location 5 mins walk from station on vibrant town centre street. Secure door entry, extremely clean and comfortable, bedroom at back of property so no street noise. Very comfortable bed. Fantastic little balcony for enjoying a glass of wine or getting the laundry dry! We would love to return and stay for longer!"

When we arrived, the window was open and the bed was covered with dead midges. We were able to sweep them off, so we didn’t make a fuss about it. It was not washing machine as was offered, some towels services and toilet rools, but not any other supplies, so not possible to brush or clean the toilet properly.
