"The place is in the middle of the old town, which is a perfect location. I also have to appreciate the super-friendly owner/provider who helped me accommodate and explained everything. My bathroom was not within my room, but the bathroom was private (just for my room), so no big deal. The place can also be a bit noisy, but that is the tax for being in the centre of the old town."

"We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. From the ferry, we suggest you use mainly roads, rather than paths up the mountain if you have luggage. The walking paths have uneven steps and are quite quaint when just going for a stroll. We felt welcomed the moment we walked into this homelike hotel. "I wish we had a better experience but unfortunately there are two reasons for the ok review. 1. I kept finding bugs in my room. When I told them about it they just said that it’s normal for this time of year because they are trying to find warmth and didn’t offer anything else other than did I want something to kill them with. 2. "I may have missed it in the description but the door to your room is on the road so it felt a bit less safe than a normal hotel but the area itself felt safe and it was the cheapest room in the whole of Milan for my stay so worth it. 10 mins if that to the central station so the area is perfect. You only see the staff when they hand you the keys. They were polite. Due to the price I would stay here again but if it went up I’d stay in a normal hotel. "

"Ginevra rooms is beautiful! We loved the watch theme and got to stay in the cartier room, of which there was a hige cartier watch on the wall behind the bed. Leila was lovely, polite and very helpful during our stay. The room was clean, modern and exatcly what we needed. I have been to Bergamo 3 times and will definitely be using Ginevra rooms again."
