"i requested a receipt, invoice upon leaving the place..they didnt supply me with one..they said they would email me one..a week and a half later i have not received a receipt..can you (Expedia) help me obtain a receipt, invoice for my stay there?"

"We spent an amazing four days at the Hacienda. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for something off the beaten path. It’s a very unique and historic location. There is a small cenote on site that you can’t swim in and a slightly larger cenote a 30 minute walk away. Unfortunately we couldn’t get our spa/ bath to fill up. Overall great trip. "

"I stayed with a friend for only one night, but I think this property is perfect to spend the whole weekend and relax. You will find here the most helpful and kindest staff. Cinthia and Paloma guided us to enjoy the Cenote at night, and the river and pools during the morning. The restaurant's staff was also super nice, and the food was really good. Try the tuna tartara ❤️ They have these “casona” style rooms for families or bigger groups and they look amazing from outside."

The tour through the beautiful henequen fields, the cenotes, the sheep, horses, peacocks, gardens, the mechanics of the making of the sisel & of course lunch. "Clean and lovely, in beautiful jungle setting, just minutes from Uxmal ruins. Restaurant/bar on-site is only option for food if you don't have a car, but the service and food were great. We asked for rooms away from the main check-in (it's closer to the road and less private), and though they'd already assigned us 3 rooms, they were happy to accommodate, and changed us to another building. Pools are fabulous--a treat after a day at the ruins."

Good Location if you're doing Uxmal

"Good location if you're headed to Zona Arqueologico de Uxmal. Pool area is nice, restaurant is good food at good prices with good service, which you need cause there isn't much else nearby. Rooms have good balconies, shower has hot water with good pressure. Only negative is wifi isn't very strong. "

"Excellent location across from Uxmal ruins. Very interesting history of the Hacienda as well, including famous people such as Queen Elizabeth who stayed there! Breakfast was delicious and pool cocktails were also great. Grounds are beautiful and filled with colorful birds. Staff was accommodating. Don't expect uber modern luxury."
