"Couldn’t want for a better location. Authentic, characterful, multi-roomed apartment in the heart of the Alfama. Only thing to note which isn’t clear on the listing is that while there are 4 bedrooms, only 3 have independent access. The 4th is a single room only accessible via one of the other double bedrooms- so that wouldn’t work for groups of adults sharing. But a lovely, well-located, v clean apartment. We had a great time. "

You never really know what you're going to end up with but this place was more than perfect, large bedrooms and rooms around the house, massive garden with the great swimming pool! Maxine the host was amazing and really welcoming. "First of all there is no people with you can speak about the property no door keys you have to figure out how to look for and check emails to find information. Another problem is parking there is no space to park your car you have to park on the street and you are lucky if you find one single space to park your car close to the property. Other than that the room is small but has everything that you need a/c, tv,kitchen, I will rent this place but without car"

"Pictures do not tell enough about this elegant deluxe farm-house mansion where every comfort was considered & activities for every age were provided. We began the week with plans for exploring the area....which we did, returning to swim & just chill. The final day we all chose to stay on the grounds just enjoying it all one last time."

"Great stay in Estoril. Close to Cascais, Sintra and an easy drive into Lisbon. Neighborhood feels super safe, beds are very nice. No issues with hot water and there is also a dryer. Of note there is construction going on across from the property, they start work about 8:00 am—-which wasn’t an issue for us but if you want to sleep until noon it might be necessary to close windows or use earplugs. Hosts very responsive, although we didn’t have any issues that needed their help. . Would stay again ...

"The location and size of this place is outstanding. The unit was huge and the bathroom was the biggest we have seen in Portugal. Everything was walkable and the area was quite safe and easy to navigate. That said, communication with the host was lacking. Once we figured things out we were good to go though. Side note, you are right on top of the tram, so you can hear it running all day / evening. It really didn’t bother us and we actually thought it was funny. I’m not sure we would stay here...
