"The hotel is located in the middle of the old town immediately by the train station and is within easy walking distance to everything. It is an old building and unfortunately has shared bathrooms. The room is basic but clean. The bed is hard and uncomfortable, but we were welcomed almost like family!"

The location is ideal in terms of access, but extremely noisy foremost because of the oft-mentioned bus depot, and also a school right underneath during the day. "Great location but over priced. cleaning was terrible asking for clean towels everyday and almost not toilet paper had to ask for it twice. Lift not working in some floors."

"The location and size of this place is outstanding. The unit was huge and the bathroom was the biggest we have seen in Portugal. Everything was walkable and the area was quite safe and easy to navigate. That said, communication with the host was lacking. Once we figured things out we were good to go though. Side note, you are right on top of the tram, so you can hear it running all day / evening. It really didn’t bother us and we actually thought it was funny. I’m not sure we would stay here...
