"They gave us a wrong room with shared bathroom so we had to stay for one night not two, no staff at night or at check in. Other rooms are great and good people. Need a refund for the cancelled night. "

"Amazing - Ideal for a family holiday. We had a lovely time at Joao’s house. It was spacious and comfortable for our family of 10 people. Supermarkets are close. We enjoyed relaxing together in the space and everyone (especially the children) loved the pool! Staff dont apeak a lot of English, and if you ask for something using Google translate to help you (our TV didnt work the entire time we stayed) its impossible to get that sorted as they don't seem to want to. "The location and size of this place is outstanding. The unit was huge and the bathroom was the biggest we have seen in Portugal. Everything was walkable and the area was quite safe and easy to navigate. That said, communication with the host was lacking. Once we figured things out we were good to go though. Side note, you are right on top of the tram, so you can hear it running all day / evening. It really didn’t bother us and we actually thought it was funny. I’m not sure we would stay here...

"The property is well managed and has been recently renovated. It is very clean and modern plus in a good location. However, the noise from a club across the street until 4:00 a.m. was unbearable! The staff was very accommodating and moved us up a floor and around the corner which we better but still lots of street noise after midnight. Apparently the club is closing soon but just be aware. Otherwise a great property!! "

"Hotel Corinthia is located in a pleasant area very close to Metro stations and other easy transportation without the noise and crowds of more touristy sites. It is very attractive, modern and well-maintained with a most helpful staff. The buffet breakfast is superior to any we have experienced and one of the reasons we have stayed there 4 times."
