"A great location in the middle of the city with nice facilities, amazing clean big room with normal mod cons. Staff whilst smiling, were not hugely personable or engaging and I felt like being there wasn’t that as the customer you were the centre of attention but rather a slight inconvenience?"

"Although there isnt the views of the local area of other (higher) places nearby, the hotel looked very new with a great common area with free machine made coffee, free bottled and cold water and ice. The common area was large and bright and over looked the street and off set a small but comfortable room. Great location. Friendly staff. "

"Our room was very nice, clean and spacious. Bed was really comfortable. I loved the elegant look of the lobby. Breakfast was delicious and food selection was great too. The location of the hotel is excellent. Good restaurants, shops and the wharf is in walking distance. The only problem was that the pool area was closed for maintenance for 5 days during our stay. It was disappointing however, we were allowed to use the pool of the other Pullman Hotel across the road. "

"A lot of shopping and dining places are really close to Gilligan's which were helpful. Plus sufficient room for transport to park right outside the motel "
