A couple of call outs - the staff are amazing. The room we were initially booked into smelly strongly of mould. The staff quickly moved into another room which was fantastic, it was newly refurbished and it was such a beautiful room, they did this straight away without hesitation and it was really great customer...

"I liked the balcony. Bed was ok. There were stains on the toilet and in the bathroom floor corner between the door and shower. The refrig froze our food even after we turned it down. The restaurant was expensive. Operating the shower was challenging as you had to get wet, with cold water, to turn the shower on. And there wasn't a way to contain the water in the shower. "
