"On Wednesday the 19th of February, my sister and I had the great pleasure of staying at this stunning hotel in Chester . From start to finish , even during the booking stage of our stay , was absolutely incredible. The care and attention the three beautiful girls gave us at reception was second to none . You were my absolute angels ,as it was a very important stay , reuniting with my sister after over 50 years apart. When we arrived on the day of our stay , there was thdxwarmest welcome and a caring hug. They really did share our joy . They had chosen a beautiful room overlookung the street , a beautiful breakfast was kindly organised for us , and a hand written card poetlically put together for this special occasion. The beautiful room was welcoming and warm, a gorgeous bathroom complete with Elemis bath products . I want to thank my three angels on reception ,for both Tuesday evening helping me to secure my stay and on the Wednesday when we arrived. I will never forget the contribution you all made to make this experience something really unforgettable. Your service is absolutely incredible and i will be returning again soon. "The reception staff especially Maddy were extremely friendly and helpful. As always the breakfast is great I just wish for a teapot but I suppose that is just my preference I like to have a couple of cups of tea with breakfast"

"I’ll be honest wasn’t expecting a lot! However this hotel was one of the best I’ve stayed at in Liverpool city centre especially for the price. The room was massive, very clean and perfect for my one night in the city. The sound proofing was great I was even in a room overlooking a busy bar! "
