"The friendly attentive people are what make this place special. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we were happy. The reason I gave it 4 stars was that the beds were too hard for our taste, and there was a lot of street and bar noise at night. But we always bring silicone earplugs., so that kept out everything but the fireworks. Food was very good, pool nice and location close to town and the marina. I would stay there again. "

"I read most of the reviews before making our reservation and I was concerned about the street noise from the Karaoke Bars. When I did book our stay, I messaged the Hotel and specifically asked for a room away from the street noise. They happily acknowledged my request and ensured me that they could do it. When we arrived, they kept their promise and gave us a nice room on the 4th floor facing the Sunrise. The Hotel itself is nice and clean and a very good value. The Hotel Staff are very nice...

"Staff is friendly and extremely accommodating. Resort shows some aging and wear but the staff and bar/food service make up for that. Good value for your vacation dollars. Swimmable beach at this resort is one of the few on the Medano strip. You won’t be disappointed."
