the hotel was super lovely. the hard part is being all inclusive here. you have to sign at each point for every meal and or drink. it would be lovely if they could find a way to streamline the process. Staff, grounds and area were all great and we loved taking the water taxi into downtown Cabo. this is not against the resort, because it is timeshare evening activities don't exist so if you want to go dancing your best to leave the resort.

The rooms are excellent, save for a room we had next to a noisy building machine unit. Thankfully, the staff moved us in to a wonderful unit which we enjoyed for the duration of our stay.

This hotel was perfect for our family of 4. The pools were amazing and the beach was beautiful! Service was great at every restaurant we tried, pool drink/food service was 5 stars, and we had clean rooms. We will definitely be back, along with trying other Villa properties. Have stayed many times here, not like it use to be! Food was just okay and front desk staff were not very helpful nor friendly! Elizabeth at breakfast was always great and Mario out front went above and beyond! I think we will find other options next time!

This property is by far one of the best ones I've stayed at. We got the all-inclusive and the quality of the food and drinks is excellent. Also, the beach right in front of the property is almost as good as Cancun. Clean, clear water. Had a great time. Will definitely be coming back in the future.
