"The front desk staff was so friendly and accommodating. We had to arrive early in the day for appointments and they allowed us to park in the garage. When getting the parking pass they had a room available and they offered to let us check in at 7:45 a.m. The only thing that I was not happy with is the breakfast. They ran out of a few items very early. I let the one person working know about it after10 minutes of him checking it for refills and he did not remove the empty container or let us know they were out. When asked again when I saw him in the hall "he stated the were short on supplies.""

"Erin was wonderful. The hotel was close to the mayo clinic but it would be nice if they offered a shuttle service to the clinic. We enjoyed our stay but the one thing we will take into consideration next time is if the hotel offers a shuttle service for the clinic. But over all everything was great."

"I got a notice from the state disease control about a sickness passses through the pool, and my child did get very sick after swimming in the pool. Everything else was excellent!"
