"Overall the experience was good. However there was some noticeable draft points in the front door and the outside activity as people passed the door can be heard very clearly at the door and window. (Abruptly loud). But when things were calm, it was a very peaceful experience. The staff were helpful and very kind. The unit was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. "

Only small complaint was a gap in the door which let in cold air, but the heating system was more than adequate to keep us warm.
