"This is the first negative review I have ever done. The first room I was in had a broken fridge, a broken air conditioner and was not clean. I asked to be moved. The second room had a broken toilet and broken tv. I asked for them to be fixed and was told that this was a bad hotel, I should expect things like this. I fixed the toilet myself. The room was dirty and unmaintained. The shower curtain and bathroom walls had mould everywhere, and the sleeping area had filthy walls, mould and humidity...

"I actually stayed quite a long time at this hotel, totally about half of the whole month that I was in VN. I like many things about the hotel, particularly the staffs and their service. The hotel conditions however have few things need to be repaired and kept in good maintenance. Also, I traveled to Saigon from USA with full luggage allowance by airlines, and unlike many other hotels in Saigon where they provide free storage, this one charged me high fees for leaving few suitcases at the hotel...
