"This is a very nice hotel in a good location in District 1. A bit difficult to find by the address. But a quiet location with secure parking for motorbike. I don't like to leave bad reviews or make negative comments however, I stayed a total of 6 nights and room was only cleaned once after i personally asked to have it done. Daily I would leave and hang the "make up room" sign and almost each day that was done I would return to see the sign had been turned over to the "do not disturb side" but...

"This is the first negative review I have ever done. The first room I was in had a broken fridge, a broken air conditioner and was not clean. I asked to be moved. The second room had a broken toilet and broken tv. I asked for them to be fixed and was told that this was a bad hotel, I should expect things like this. I fixed the toilet myself. The room was dirty and unmaintained. The shower curtain and bathroom walls had mould everywhere, and the sleeping area had filthy walls, mould and humidity...

"Room aircondition is not cold; need servicing and refill refrigerant. Wall’s fan is too noisy; need to be replaced. 2 free drinking water bottles are too small and insufficient to drink and make coffee; should provide slightly larger bottle. Beds are not comfortable; need new replacement. Room cleaning staff and morning breakfast are hard working and good. Receptionists need some improvement in english. "
