The people went out of their way to make you feel welcomed and special. The Resort even when it was completely booked, didn’t feel that way at all. "Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at Hotel El Silencio del Campo in a family cabin. There was tons of space in the room, and lots of towels and amenities in the room. It rained our entire visit so we especially enjoyed using the thermal pools. The breakfast was nice though we would have liked a few more options to choose from. The highlight was the staff! While everyone from housekeeping to the serving staff was fantastic, we wanted to shout out Elio at the front reception who provided exceptional customer service. We would stay here again and would recommend to our friends and family."

"BAUMA was an excellent stay. The check-in was smooth and we were in easy contact with the virtual concierge in addition to the staff at the property. While there was an option for us to leave our bags with the on-site laundry room and staff before our check-in, the room was actually available earlier and we got to check in after confirming with the virtual team easily. The loft had thoughtful design and the hot tub was pre-heated upon arrival. The views from the balcony of the Arenal volcano were excellent, and highly recommend going up at dusk when you can hear the frogs in the distance and see some fireflies in the surrounding forest. Having the on-site parking made it super easy, and it's a short and safe walk into the nearby town for some great restaurants. Highly recommend staying here! "
