"The entire staff was terrific. The breakfast choices were great. The rooms are not soundproof and need updating - at least the bathroom. We were disappointed that the website posted laundry facilities which should be laundry service. We thought we had access to washer and dryer to do our own laundry. The lobby is not very welcoming or special--specifically missing holiday decorations for CHRISTMAS. Chairs in the lobby need to be replaced also. A bit disappointed for the price we paid and the...
