"The property is very well kept and clean. Central location with all attractions close by, plenty of dining options, some more affordable than others, but very good overall. Breakfast included was a very positive plus, highly recommended. Train station is super close so you can move around and visit nearby villages and/or cities without any issues."

"Staff were exceptionally helpful and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. Hotel was located for everything we needed in the city center. Hotel entrance has steps to the elevator. This was unusual but the hotel had a porter on hand to take our cases to our room when we checked in and out of the hotel. Other than this slight inconvenience, our stay was just excellent. We will definitely stay at this hotel again the next time we visit Vienna. "

"Great hotel in the centre of Vienna just a couple of minutes walking distance away from the Opera, main shopping area and other atractions like the Hofburg. Very nice restaurant and bar with a lot of food and drink options. The spa is ok including an indoor pool and jackuzzy but the water temperature of the pool was to cold."
