"It seems this is locally owned. Which is a plus because I always feel more at home. This was a 1 night stay in our journey back to the Midwest. Cleanliness could be improved but overall it’s a nice little hotel. Some issues with the property I have privately messaged the place about, and hope they fix. Check in was without too much issues, had to wait a few mins to have the reservation populate into the system. Check out was easy breezy. My mom compared it to how it was in the 80s- when she went with our older relatives; you’d just leave the keys and they’d take care of the rest. No wait, no bs. Very inexpensive - nice place to sleep for the night. "

"The property manager and the staff understand my request during my visit. They not only help me achieve my request but they made me feel comfortable as well. "

"For the price the room was acceptable. Certain members of the front staff have no business being in the hotel business. While sitting in lobby one afternoon I did happen to see the general manager of the property in action and that encounter made it clear why the staff might not be so cheerful. "
