"We rented the castle which was 3 apartments. It was perfect for our large group. All three condos were spotless, the beds were comfortable and the shower was fantastic. Garth was very responsive and helpful. It was perfect for our gathering and we would be happy to rent again. "

We traveled with two senior citizens who struggled with the walk up to the 4th floor apartment. I live in NYC and not much makes me uncomfortable but the immediate corner has some folks outside day and night doing some sketchy business. "Bed advertised as queen but is definitely a full by measurement, pillows were flat, and bedroom curtains blocked no light. This is the prime example of why people stay in their property before renting it out to others. The Wi-Fi also did not work for it entire stay. The property manager replied on day 1 that they were working on it, but we never heard anything further and it never worked. If these points get resolved, I would recommend this property. The major drawback for me is that it is in a rough neighborhood. I understand that DC is undergoing gentrification, but I did not expect to experience people hanging out on the corner just across the apartment all times of day and night. "We stayed at Carlton’s apartment for a week. The apartment was nicely furnished with modern features. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with nice dishes, cutlery and pots and pans. The bathrooms were perfectly fine.
