I was impressed at how bottled water and tea bags etc were topped up everyday (not something that happens in every hotel in my experience). The staff were very friendly, helpful and obliging, nothing was too much trouble. The restaurant had a good selection of dishes for dinner. The hotel is close to the bus stop for Cheltenham and Gloucester. "
