"We enjoyed our stay in Tahoe. The unit was clean and well appointed. It was small. The bed was in an alcove of sorts - not really a room. It is a good size for a couple, more than that would be pretty crowded. The complex it is in was very quiet. "

"The property managers were pleasant and available to assist us in checking in and accessing the property. The lodgings were clean, but spartan. Kitchenette seemed like it was missing glassware (only one wine glass), could have used more towels. There wasn't much atmosphere to the property and the shared features such as the rooftop deck could have used much more attention to make it inviting. Overall, clean and servicable, but spartan. Loved the easy access to parking and the beach!"

"wonderful location - close to the lake and beach access. There is no AC - which on a hot week could be a problem. Needs some work on maintenance (windows shade, windows not working, shower door....) we enjoyed our stay and the beautiful Lake Tahoe!"

"What I loved most about this place was the caretaker on site, he helped us park in the very small parking area and also gave us pointers about parking. Loved the keyless entry and everything was secure. The studio was comfortable enough for two adults and our small dog. There is no AC, however a tall cooling fan is available . The one negative is the queen bed sinks in on both sides and in my opinion needs to be replaced. Overall it was a pleasant experience and a nice place to stay. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. It was convenient to a lot of Kings Beach amenities and especially ice cream ! It was an easy walk to the beach as well as restaurants . It was clean and well put together . The property is almost exactly as listed. It probably should have included that itis the upstairs floor of a 3 unit building. We did have the whole unit to our selves however we were worried about disturbing the neighbors downstairs."

"Kevin was great providing all of the necessary information for a seamless and stress free check in. In addition the place was very nicely setup with glasses, plates, coffee machine, and even a french press. The rooftop location is very nice overlooking the lake and the hot tub is in a blocked off location for privacy. Overall a great stay in a more cozy part of North Lake Tahoe. It was the first time the wife and I stayed in North Lake Tahoe and happy we chose this location and this...
