"The cozy apartment was very nice with a well-stocked kitchen and good A/C and heating system. Good laundry machines. Close to Kings Beach. The upstairs bed was very comfortable while the downstairs bed was fair. "

"We had a little delay trying to use the keypad to check in but we had the code for the back up key and used that for our duration of stay. We usually stay at northstar for so we can ski in/ski out but decided to stay at Kings Beach this time. We were about 10 min from Northstar and less than 5 min from downtown kings beach so the location was great. The condo itself is just as the picture shows. Very modern and well decorated. All the beds were extremely comfortable and the washer/dryer inside...

"This condo in Kings Beach was perfect for our family. Girls could walk around on their own and have fun. The beach is very busy, but we found other more secluded areas like Emerald Cove to hang out. Sand Harbor is a short drive as well as Tahoe City. Lake Tahoe was absolutely beautiful and we had hot weather all week. The condo was perfect… great size, very clean and nicely decorated. Thanks so much! We hope to be back!"

"There was an odd smell that the condo had which wasn’t pleasant. The pool was closed for repairs which was not mentioned in the website at all. Neither did the host inform me of it which was annoying because I wasn’t able to enjoy that amenity. I’m glad the jacuzzi WAS open. I asked the host about the pool and she ignored the first two messages so I was not happy about that. Overall, it was a nice place to stay at. Clean and organized. "

"We stayed in this property on Mother’s Day weekend and again in late November. Brought the grandkids the 2nd time and they loved the pool table! We also played blackjack at the blackjack table. Wonderful view of the lake, grass and a nice beach. Will come back again! "

"We stayed here during a beautiful time of the year and enjoyed being close enough to what we needed, but still feeling secluded by the lake. The place had everything we needed and then some in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable and cozy, and the beach was accessible with a short walk. The neighborhood was quiet and quiet hours were observed. Wifi worked great. Couldn't figure out the surround sound, but it didn't matter much. There were even beach chairs and towels (though we didn't use...
